Walk in the Park – Where to start?

It’s hard to know where to start when it comes to finding movement or finding exercise. We all want to lose weight, get more tone, and just be healthier. Especially in the world now, where health is front and center in our day to day. Studies show time after time how weight and exercise can improve our mood, our relationships, and even our immune system. But where do you start?

Sometimes, you just have to begin. Starting is the hardest part. It doesn’t feel normal and it’s not part of our routine. Our next Self-Care Social is dedicated to just starting. Get motivated to go for a walk surrounded by nature. With the next social you also have accountability. It truly is a walk in the park. People will be there to cheer you on and support you.
