Self-Care Social - Essential Oil Make & Take

Do you wish you felt more rested?

Less hormonal?

More focused?

Less stressed?

If so, please attend the “I wish” event Thursday, June 1 at 6:30 pm at Kindred Chiropractor to learn how you can feel better using essential oils. Jodie Burlog Schafer of Essentially Joyful will show you how safe and effective they are plus the bonus side benefits you’ll receive from using essential oils.

Essential oils are the essence of a plant, a gift from the earth, distilled and prepared for you to bring the power of nature into your home.  Inside many plants—hidden in roots, seeds, flowers, bark—are concentrated, highly potent chemical compounds. These natural compounds are essential oils.  Essential oils give a plant its scent, protect it from hazardous environmental conditions, and even assist it with pollination, among other important functions and benefits.

You’ll also learn how to make essential oil rollerballs and have chances for prizes too.

When: Thursday June 1st - 6:30-7:30pm

Where:
18466 Kenyon Avenue Lakeville, MN 55044

Cost: $20
-Includes 2 rollerballs, recipes and materials
-Additional rollerballs are $10 a piece

Feed My Starving Children Event

Turn hunger into hope with your own two hands by packing nutritious meals for hungry children around the world.

FMSC offers volunteers a one-of-a-kind experience. You’ll hand-pack rice, soy, dried vegetables and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags which are then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets and shipped to our incredible partners working hard to reach the neediest children around the world.

More about Feed My Starving Children

FMSC produces three special MannaPack® meal formulas developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs and reduce problems with malnutrition.

FMSC exists because of volunteers just like you who generously give their time and energy to feed starving children in desperate need around the world. YOU are an essential part of FMSC.

FMSC doesn’t use machines to package our meals because we realize the personal, impactful experience created by packing the meals by hand. It transforms an experience from just “something good to do” into something deeply personal.

FMSC volunteers experience a fun, one-of-a-kind team building experience with co-workers, family, friends and strangers alike. This experience often turns into a desire to do more and reach farther, until all are fed.
